You are responsible for:

• all activities under your account
• providing accurate and up-to-date information
• notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

All purchases must be paid in full before transfer.

• may exclude taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges
• may vary depending on the payment method

Buyers are responsible for registrar fees, renewal fees, and any costs incurred after transfer.

After payment confirmation:

• we initiate the transfer process
• the domain is transferred to your designated registrar account
• you obtain full ownership and control

Once the transfer is successfully completed, the domain becomes solely your responsibility. RexusDomain retains no ownership, control, or liability regarding the domain or its subsequent use.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only if:

• the domain materially differs from its description
• transfer fails due to our error

Refunds are generally not available for:

• ranking or traffic changes
• SEO metric fluctuations
• buyer mistakes
• change of mind

Third-party payment processor fees are non-refundable.

All platform content, including:

• branding
• software
• design
• text
• graphics

is owned by RexusDomain or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials without prior written consent.
